Lovely chandelier but one of the glass balls arrived broken, contacted customer service and they sent a new one the same day
Great chandelier. 13 lamps turned out to be too bright for a room of 12 sq m, it was possible to take less. Was delivered by courier less than a month, long before the appointed date. Arrived perfectly packed, everything is intact. But I would advise the seller to put at least one spare light and lamp just in case, you never know what happens during transportation and installation
